By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
2. Definitions
- “Products” means any goods listed for sale on the Site, including but not limited to supplements, sports nutrition products, and fitness accessories.
- “Order” means a request placed by you to purchase Products through the Site.
- “We ship in the UK only” means we currently accept and fulfil orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
4. Products, Pricing and Availability
4.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions, images, and pricing of Products on the Site are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
4.2 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
4.3 We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability of Products at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Orders that have already been confirmed.
4.4 In the unlikely event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and issue a full refund, even if the Order has been confirmed.
4.5 Nutritional and health-related information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You should consult a doctor or healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have an existing medical condition.
5. Promotions – “Buy Any 4, Get the Cheapest Free”
5.1 From time to time we may run the promotional offer “Buy any 4 products, get the cheapest free” (the “Promotion“), or similar variations, as advertised on the Site.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise at the time of the Promotion:
- The Promotion applies only to Products explicitly marked as eligible on the Site; some Products (for example, sale items, bundles, gift cards, or limited-edition ranges) may be excluded.
- The discount is automatically applied at checkout to the lowest-priced qualifying item once four (4) or more eligible Products are added to your basket.
- Where more than four eligible Products are added, the free item will always be the single lowest-priced eligible Product in the basket, and only one free item applies per group of four qualifying Products (e.g. 8 qualifying items = two free items).
- The Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount code, offer, or promotion unless we state otherwise.
- The value of the free item cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
- If you return or cancel any of the four qualifying Products, we reserve the right to recalculate the order total and, if necessary, charge you for the item that was provided free of charge, or ask that it be returned with the rest of the order.
5.3 We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion (or any other promotional offer) at any time without notice. This will not affect Orders already confirmed under the terms of the Promotion at the time of purchase.
6. Placing an Order
6.1 When you place an Order, you are making an offer to buy the Products in your basket. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not mean your Order has been accepted.
6.2 A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your Products have been sent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), in which case we will notify you and refund any payment taken.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment is taken at the time of placing your Order, using the payment methods listed on the Site.
7.2 You confirm that any payment details you provide are valid, current, and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
7.3 We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
8. Delivery (UK Only)
8.1 We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to ship orders outside the UK.
8.2 Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and/or in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control (see Section 12, Events Outside Our Control).
8.3 Risk in the Products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
8.4 If you believe your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@nutrisport.co.uk and we will investigate.
8.5 Free Delivery is only eligible on order over the value of £60, any orders under this will cost £6.90.
9. Your Right to Cancel and Return Products
9.1 Cooling-off period. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your Order and return most Products for a full refund within 14 days, starting from the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the Products.
9.2 How to cancel. To cancel, please tell us clearly by emailing [contact email] with your order number, or by using any returns form we provide. You then have a further 14 days from telling us you wish to cancel to send the Products back to us.
9.3 Condition of returned Products. To be eligible for a refund, Products must be returned:
- unused, unopened, and with any seals or hygiene strips intact;
- in their original packaging, in a resaleable condition; and
- with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns of any supplement, food, or nutrition Product where the seal, wrapper, or packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with, unless the Product is faulty or was sent in error (see Section 10).
9.4 Return postage. Unless a Product is faulty, damaged, or sent to you in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
9.5 Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned Product(s), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the Products has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is needed to establish their nature and condition.
9.6 Exclusions. In accordance with the Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to:
- Products that have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery (including supplements, where the seal has been broken), except where faulty;
- Products made to your specification or clearly personalised; and
- Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned once unsealed, such as perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods.
10. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
10.1 If a Product arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at [contact email] within a reasonable time of discovering the issue, ideally with photos of the Product and packaging.
10.2 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and how long you have had the Product. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your right to cancel under Section 9.
10.3 Where a Product is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the cost of return postage and will not deduct this from your refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Nutrisport name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
12. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where the failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to industrial action, extreme weather, courier delays, or supplier shortages.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
13.2 Subject to Section 13.1, our liability to you in connection with any Order is limited to the price of the Products ordered.
13.3 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products.
14. Privacy
Any personal data you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy], which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an Order will apply to that Order. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for any changes.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
